January was a difficult month to be a Liverpool fan.
The Reds were eliminated from the EFL Cup and the FA Cup and failed to win any of their four Premier League fixtures – even losing to relegation-battlers Swansea at Anfield.
But it appears performances on the pitch aren’t the only thing disappointing Liverpool fans at the minute.

Having been Chelsea’s biggest competitors for the Premier League crown at the end of 2016, and having faced losing key attacker Sadio Mane to AFCON for an entire month, many expected Jurgen Klopp to be one of the top flight’s most active managers during the January transfer window.
However, the Reds’ only business was on the outward front, with Tiago Ilori sold to Reading and Mamadou Sakho and Lazar Markovic loaned to Crystal Palace and Hull City respectively.
With that in mind, we asked Liverpool fans to tell us how they felt about their club’s transfer window earlier this week by voting in our exclusive poll.
Well, the results are now in and it turns out a staggering 75% aren’t happy with Jurgen Klopp’s efforts in the transfer market last month. The German gaffer will have to pull his finger out in the summer.
